solera tail lights

After about 2 months of storage, I found the Solera chassis battery dead. After recharging the battery, I found that the tail lights, brake and turn signal, were energized even with the lights turned off in the cab. The front turn signal and lights work fine. If I disconnect the chassis battery, the rear tail lights go out. I suspect an electrical controller in the truck, not the rv body. Any ideas? I need to know whether to take it to an rv dealer or Freightliner.

Or a short somewhere.
