Subwoofer wiring Solera 24S

Our new 24S came with the entertainment center and I was told by the dealer that it included the subwoofer and surround sound. I found where the subwoofer should be located in the dinette bench seat but it is empty. Does anyone know if the wiring is installed on all units and where I would find it? If they don't run the wiring do you know if the subwoofer wire would be behind the 42" TV or will I have to go all the way back to the player in the dash? If I have surround sound where would the speakers be located? I have two in the ceiling about midway back.

If you only have two in the ceiling, then it sounds like it did not get the surround sound. This was a stand alone option at one time and then became part of an option package.

Thanks for being here for folks like me, I hope for others it is part of the entertainment center option because it is expected. I will pull the TV and look behind it for the subwoofer wire lead if it is not there I will post a question of the best way to run a wire to the player in the dash. I will probably put a subwoofer in the entertainment center because there is power available.

The subs we use are more automotive based, so 12V. Which is pretty easy to get all over.

I didn't think about 12v that gives me additional options. Thanks for your ideas.

I guess I need some explanation on the audio system in my '12 Solera. There are multiple ceiling speakers, but isn't a sub-woofer a large base type response speaker. And, do I understand that it's located under the dinette seat. Is that behind the drawer. There might be a speaker there, or an audio componet? Just need some clarification I guess. Thanks.

Also, can you confirm that the DVD player that is part of the 32" front TV option is in the main Dash Jensen unit? I was expecting a small box with a DVD in it.

I obviously haven't read all the Jensen manuals yet, but is there any instructions on how to make this connection work?

BTW: Thanks a million for helping me through the whole Order to delivery Process! Things went smoothly today and I love how it drives.

use the source button on the TV

my dash DVD shows up on AV2 ( wait a bit for it to connect after you select it )

there also HDMI inputs on the TV if you want to connect your own

Yes, sub is normally located in the cavity behind the dinette drawer.

Jensen head unit feeds the TV. (quick start attached)
