Table leg support hole plug

I have two table leg holes in the floor of my Forester 2401R. Has anybody found a plug to put into the table support hole in the floor? I have talked with Camping World and nobody seems to have a solution.

I took a bathtub drain stopper and cut off the tab with a sharp utility knife.



I mean to firm them up some and was thinking of putting some caulk into the opening on the underside. But it's much better than losing a toe down the hole.
