OK, the 2014's are wider than the pervious models that's probably why you didn't have a problem with the twist on.

What did it measure? Mine was about 9 3/8". I had to make some changes but it's going to work.

Ok I was unaware the 2014 was wider. Glad I got one. I will have mine working tomorrow.

Anyone know if leaving the plate that covers the manual screw on the end of the motor is a problem?
I put tape over the hole to keep dust and grime out. I have not run it yet.

I meant to say leaving the plate off the end. I'm assuming it's just a dust cover.

Mine is at 10-1/4" so I guess I got lucky.
I would try it with the dust cover off. If it fits, then try to find a permanent solution for covering the hole.

I was at CW today and they had an older version mounted for display. The screw is exposed. I suspect the newer model is covered to better protect it from weather.

Your lucky to have that extra space. I just hope I don't have to get at the screw. I always plan to make sure it's spinning before I dump the black tank. One day I may drill a hole to the outside for access to the screw.

I have used mine a few times. It works nice. My only complaint is the hose doesn't drain easily when done emptying the tanks. I have to walk it several times to finally get the bulk of the water out. Mine pump is mounted with the output on top so it doesn't gravity drain completely either. No room to

Has anyone installed a sewage macerator in the 24r model. The sewage bay doesn't seem to be as large as on the 24s model for some reason. I'm thinking I won't be able to permanently mount anything in such a small bay. Any thoughts?
