Towing

I have a 2010 Solera and and thinking of buying a car for flat towing. Does anyone know the tow capacity for the 2010 model? Gerry66

Looking at the current specs on the Forest River site it lists a GVWR of 11030 and a GCWR of 15250 lbs which would mean that is should be capable of towing the difference...4220 lbs. What does the sticker of the hitch list for tongue weight and capacity...500/5000 lbs?

THis is covered in more detail in another post, but to summarize. 4220 lbs. Hitch sticker says 3500 (but its a Class III 5,000lbs rated hitch)
