Tv/cable hook-up

Is it just me? The external cable connection in the rear utility compartment doesn't seem to be connected to the 'Ant/cable' cable that runs to the tv?
The antenna seems to work fine but no signal from the cable connection.
Anyone have a clue?

Make sure the power switch for the antenna amplifier is off. This switches between the antenna and the external cable connection.

That's the ticket!

Thanks, it worked, it is different than my other RV which didn't have the same set-up.

I have the same issue. Where is the antenna amplifier?

In my 2011 Solera, it is in the entertainment cabinet above the passenger side rear door near where the front TV power line enters.

If you have the side TV, its on the white plug that the TV plugs into. It has a 110v outlet, a 12v outlet and a small black button that is the antenna booster. Green light should be off.
