TV remote

I have a 2015 24R Solera with a Jensen TV in the living area, currently on a 2000 mile trip from Ca to Colorado and Utah. My tv remote quit working and the red light on it continuously blinks. New batteries didn't help, still blinking. Any ideas?

Get a universal remote at Wally World, $5 or so.

Just a guess but Try taking the batteries out and leaving them out for 10 or 15 minutes. Sometimes modern electronics require a while to discharge capacitors sufficiently to reset everything.

I have yet to find a universal remote that works with the Jensen TV. I tried to change it out because I didn't like the remote that came with the unit. There is something about these Jensen tv units being ONLY for rv applications which makes universal remotes useless.

Good luck,
Don

Taking out the batteries for 15 minutes didn't help. Same symptoms. But thanks for the suggestion!

Amazon lists a replacement remote: http://www.amazon.com/Jensen-AudioVo...nsen+tv+remote
Note they label it Jensen-AudioVox. Maybe AudioVox universal remote codes would work? Don't have a universal handy to try.
Also, you might try leaving the batteries out overnight and pressing the buttons with the batteries out to fully discharge any caps.
Good luck!
