Undieing Support From Your Dealer
Of course the title is meant to be sarcastic.
I am the victim of what i I consider to be a magnanimous problem with the possibility of all sorts of legal complications.
I purchased the Motor-Home from Buffalo RV. basically I was told even though the Motor-home is still under warranty, "That's not our problem". I was offered absolutely NO SUPPORT. They said, "we sell stuff, we don't warranty stuff". Well, that's true but all I was asking for was support.
Spend as much time researching the delivering dealer as you do the manufacturer.
Forest River, to this point has given me the support that I expect. They have been loyal. The problem is not directly Forest River's. It lays with the chassis manufacturer, who to this point has not been able to fix the problem. ...An international manufacturer that has no parts inventor!
I will be more specific as events roll out.
