Upgraded shocks ?

Just wondering how many people have upgraded the rear shocks. If so, which ones?

how much improvement over stock?

Do you also have the helwig anti-sway bar?

If you did the install yourself, how easy/difficult was that?

I installed a Helwig anti-sway in my 2011 S but think there there might be more room for improvement by upgrading shocks.

FYI, a friend of mine needed to replace his rear shocks when one started to leak. He researched bilsteins' and went one HD up from OEM spec. Installed them and was very disatisfied with the ride. Very harsh transfer of minor pavement imperfections at highway speed. Returned them for bilstein OEMs', and in his opinion was a much smoother ride all around. He said the oem were much easier to install than the HDs,
