You don't by any chance have a picture of the "waves" do you? You can look at a lot of laminated wall coaches, and you might can see spots that look weird, when in fact it's where some wall framing or something else is under the fiberglass skin. The fiberglass isn't that thick, and when vacuum bonded can take different shapes depending on what's behind it.
And of course, you have the dreaded thing that youroo mentioned. If I didn't like the way it looked, I'd walk away. Plenty more to choose from.
