When removing the water filter do you spill any water from the filter and housing or is there not much water that is retained in the filter? I ask because on my S floor plan the filter is located under the rear bed and above an area I would not want to spill water.
Also, my understanding is that if you're going to blow the lines you would want to remove the filter and replace with a water bottle or some receptacle that would retain and water getting blown through the system.
I'm fortunate to be able to store mine in a conditioned space that won't be less than 50° F during the winter months so I'll likely just drain everything and blow the lines so I don't have any stagnant water and avoid any antifreeze because of the ambient temperature in the garage.
