Wires????

I was taking the bench seats out of my dinette on my Solera to make way for new recliners, when I came across these wires coming out of the pantry and down through the floor into the slide. Are these wires for the slide motor or does anyone know what they are for?

I would bet that is what they go to. Should be easy to trace. I have been using my iPhone to take pictures where I cannot see and it really helps in tracing wires. Maybe you could reroute it down through the pantry below the drawers.

Don't forget to post pictures! This sounds like a cool swap.

Guess if I make some comment about the size and quality of the hole cut with a chainsaw to pass a couple of DC wires through - I'll catch grief from someone.

Or maybe someone will tell me it's simply a lightening hole like we do in our airplane structures
