Not sure if this happened to you, but the guy next to us at the camp ground had a 2016 Salem with the exact same electric stabilizer system as ours. He setup the camper correctly and lowered the legs onto Camco pads correctly. They only had stabilization pressure and not anymore than that. Well, the wife thought the trailer was leaning forward and decided to get out that evening at adjust the hitch jack up to lean it back slightly. She did this before retracting the stabilizers first. This cause them to unknowingly bend the rear stabilizers that night. Not sure if this potentially could have been a issue with yours. Ours have been working wonderfully.
