A plug not working

W have a 2017 vibe 313bhs the GFI plug by microwave is not working. We have reset the GFI plug in bathroom all other plugs work but this one plug. I have looked at fuses where else could the issue be?

Could simply be a bad gfi outlet. If nothing is plugged into it, and it won't reset, probably bad.
Cheap enough to replace, and your probably still under warranty.

Outlets are not protected by fuses but rather by 120v circuit breakers.
Have you checked those?
If the microwave plugs into that outlet, they are almost always protected by their own breaker, meaning not shared with other outlets.

X2 on checking breakers. Microwave us usually on a breaker by itself.

It's by the microwave . Not for the microwave u could plug a coffee pot into it. I will get with dealership and see if they will give me a new plug.

I rather not take tt to them to get fixed. We have only used it once and I don't want to miss out on good camping time

Could then be a loose/poor connection on the back side of the outlet.
R/V outlets typically have push to connect wire connections.

The wire that feeds the outlet is simply pushed into a wedge/groove on the back side of the outlet. They use these for speed at the factory. They don't need to skin the wire of insulation or tighten a screw, they just push the wire in with a screwdriver. They often pop out. Pull the outlet and check.

If you have a multimeter you can check for voltage in the feed wires.
If you don't have voltage, it is possible the wires popped off the outlet feeding this one.

If you check it yourself, be sure to follow electrical testing safety procedures.

Just pointing out... you may know this... breakers can 'look' to be on but still tripped.
Turn each outlet breaker off, then back on, to assure it isn't tripped.

That sounds like it could be on the GFCI circuit. Most house outlets are. The reset is most likely in the bathroom outlet.

We had a similar problem in our 2017 25rks shadow cruiser. Took it to dealer and discovered the plug was not connected. He pulled the microwave and discovered the wiring wasn't connected at the junction box during manufacture. He connected it and everything works.

I agree with the others, just replace the outlet yourself and enjoy your trip.

My 2017 286RKS had loose connections on the outlet where the wires connected. Disconnect shore power, pull the outlet guts and check that all the wires are tight. Some outlets use a push-in and clamp design (these are not preferred by all electricians) or a clamp where you push in the end of the wire then tighten a clamping screw. The really old style required you to loop the wire around the terminal screw (really a PITA). If you have the screw clamp, ensure that the clamps are tight. If you have the push-in style, there is really nothing to tighten (or loosen).
