Can slide be adjusted by user or does it require dealer help!

I have noticed that the slide on my new vibe 6504 is flush on the rearward side but it is lacking about an inch and a half maybe two inches being flush in the front. Can anyone tell me whether this can be adjusted by me or will this require a visit to the dealer? I have located the motors in the wall but as of yet not attempted to remedy the problem! Also does this really matter in the grand scheme of things? Thank you for any help!

since its new, its under warranty. I wouldn't lay a wrench on it. As soon as you do and the results aren't what you want, the dealer might not cover the necessary repairs under warranty

Good advice! Perhaps a call to them will help clarify the complexity of the correction also. Was hoping for an easy quick fix.

might not be that difficult, but warranty stuff can be funny if you attempt to repair yourself. Not worth the risk
