Yeah I'm gonna call them tomorrow and see what all they have to say. I have an appoint for warranty work Thursday at an rv dealer who is certified from forest river. I'm pretty ill abt it. Thanks for the wiring diagrams, I'm a test pilot for the army and that is what I used to seeing. It's really a shame that you have to get all this info from a forum and not from FR. I love the camper but hate this issue. I don't think the black tank showed full from the fresh hook up yesterday

Seriously, if it is what I think happened, two wires got switched at the monitor. The water is going where it should, it is just being measured on the wrong button.

You should also never turboflush with the dump valves closed. There is a caution in the manual and a sticker on the wall under the connection.

ALSO - MAKE SURE you are using the correct connector. The City Water Inlet looks an awful lot like the black water connection! In some campers, the fresh water fill looks like the city water connection/turboflush connection!

Don't fret Chockley, you are under warranty and it will get taken care of, The manufacture does make mistakes, mine was minor in nature but the dump valves were labeled wrong, I wondered why my stinky slinky smelled so bad after dumping only to find the black tank was labeled grey water and I dump that last!
Keep on the dealer to make all the needed corrections. Be patient they are quite different than car dealerships and don't really do anything quickly.....

yeah i double checked my connection yesterday, it was definitely hooked up to black tank flush, they are all labelled right above to threaded connection. im really hoping that it is an indicator problem. what is turboflushing?

Same as black tank flush. TurboFlush is a trade name.

So if you drop your monitor panel, your wires should be hooked up like this (sorry, I will try to take a better photo sometime today.

Check the wiring diagram in my post earlier and compare it to what you see..

That is an awesome fault isolation procedure, I printed it out and saving it for record. I think it is the panel b/c when it shows full and i open the drain nothing comes out. but when i actually hook up to the fresh connection and open the sump drain, water comes out.

Ok so finally got it back and the black flush was physically plumbed to the fresh tank hook up and vise versa. Someone from the factory clearly had a brain fart that day. And the back flow preventer was laying sideways I got lucky that it didn't get far enough other wise would've had a huge mess

My city/tank fill are one in the same but the black tank flush does look just like the city/tank fill.
I had to make new labels as the factory ones fell off.

This is before I got the new labels on the black tank flush is on the right.
