Next question, where is the fuse panel??

There will be a brown plastic cover near the floor on the inside. If you open it you will see your fuses and circuit breakers, this is also you converter to change 120 AC to 12v DC. Did the dealer not go over, PDI, your trailer with you. They should have shown you were this and the electric switch for the water heater are.

Fuse panel in my 6504 is located just below my refrigerator.

Did the seller give you the owners manuals for the different systems, fridge, water heater, stove etc? If not you may want to look on the forum for some of them or go to the manufactures web site and download them . As you have found out the RV manufacture does not have a manual specific to your model of RV just a very general over view that covers there entire line.
