Looking for suggestions on anti- sway bars for the Vibe
Hi all- looking for any suggestions on the brand of anti-sway bar will work best with our Vibe 268RKS. Got the TT on order- didn't purchase the anti away bars yet. Any feedback would be great!
Thank you!!

I would suggest a WDH (weight distribution hitch) because it does two things...prevents sway and helps keep too much weight from pushing down on the hitch ball. Even with our strong winds in Colorado I've never felt the trailer swaying around very much.
Our dealer suggested the Equal-i-zer hitches on both RVs we purchased from him and we really like it. (But if you've never set one up you may want to have your dealer do it for you.) When not camping, I store the entire hitch inside the camper on a few pieces of carpet so I don't forget to bring it when I go pick up the camper from the lot. (Which I may have done...a few times!)

Thank you ColoradoRick!! My husband and I really appreciate the info! Went to an RV show this past weekend, looking for accessories, etc.and talked to a guy selling Henderson anti-sway bars- but those were about 2500.00! I knew there had to be another option!
Thanks again!!

I highly recommend the Equal-i-zer 4 point. I negotiated with the dealer to throw one in when I purchased my 286rks. Makes towing the Vibe a pleasure with my F150, very stable!

Equalizer brand
I cannot believe how much better that brand is than all the other famous brands I have used in my 51 years of towing!
Get it your troubles will be over.

Bought a 1000/10,000 Equalizer 4 point last year to use twice. Would never consider anything else although there are cheaper hitches. Good reminder ~~ it needs to be put on Craigslist on a warm day.

I think, maybe, you meant to say Hensley.

hitch for 268rks
Cyndi, we just picked up our 268rks on Monday at CW of Tampa and got a Husky hitch that uses the torsion bars as sway bars.I think that is how they explained it. They put it on and adjusted it for us We are full timing since Feb 1. Traded in 264 Sur veyor. Very happy so far! Hope your experience is as good!

Robert and Ann- you are full timers? That is great- my husband and I will be full-timers starting sometime in November this year! Pretty excited. Thanks for the info on the Husky hitch! Happy, safe travels!

The Husky Center Line TS is a wonderful Weight Distribution Hitch with built-in sway control. I have one now and I like it much more than my previous Reese Straight Line.

We purchased and installed a 10,000 lb Equalizer 4 point hitch on our Vibe 268 RKS as well. Works awesome!

Best setup IMHO. Convinced a neighbor to trade his old friction sway system for the Eual-i-zer hitch. He has thanked me many times.

Look at Etrailer.com if you are looking for a hitch, etc. Great Customer Service...talk to someone and tell them what you have.

We bought a Blue Ox set up from our dealer this past year and we pulled our trailer from Michigan to the Northwest Territories and back and it never ever swayed a bit and we were in some high winds in the prairies and on lots of poor quality roads at times in the territories. Blue Ox was a bit more money than I liked but I am really glad I have it now.
