To put them down, turn the handle with the blue plastic ends to release the steps from the door frame and - while continuing to hold the latches open, lower the steps.
To put them back in, just lift them from the bottom end and swing them up into the door until the latches click in.


In both cases, the door must be completely open.

Thank you. I have lots to learn and not a whole lot of information. Last RV was a 2004 Cardinal, which seems like an antique compared to this new one.
