You could install a strap by securing a strap system to the wall being careful to screw them into studs or something else with some backbone.

I have a front bedroom slide door on each side of the TV mounting which is on a flex mount set-up, so I use a long ratchet strap to go around the wall, through both doors, and put a small pillow on the face of the TV before securing the straps.

Mount a 1x4 inch board from 1 stud to the other and attach your TV mount to that. Then eye screws and bungee cords to secure the TV while you’re traveling.

I have a 40" hooked up with an RV specific mount. The mount secures to the wall when in transit and extends off of the wall by over 2ft for your viewing pleasure. The tilt and viewing angle can also be adjusted.

Your roof antenna will get HD channels.
HD antennas are a marketing scam.
Old fashioned rabbit ears will get HD channels.
It's the tv, not the antenna that turns the signal into HD.

There's another stud there I promis you, go on eBay or amazon to buy an articulating mount that pulls out. My 2018 came mounted, I found more studs in there when doing av cable outlet.

Best advice IMO on this thread. I was going to reply this same thing if in fact there isn’t another stud in between where the OP said.
