Roof

I have a 224 Rls extreme ultralite Vibe with no latter. I've been trying to get a straight fwd answer about being able to walk on the roof. I've been told both no and yes, can I please get a straight firm answer from someone that has the same model TT that I do.

Hello

Did you call the factory?

Usually with no ladder means they don't want you on the roof.

Many manufacturers offer a ladder as an option (as my Rockwood UltraLite does) so you may be able to walk on the roof once verified.

If you have a/c slash vents how is someone going to repair them or check for cracks in silicone seams. My TT didn’t have ladder but in rv sales room had picture of company standing on trl roof too many people on roof imho but they were there with

You can walk on your roof for cleaning and maintenance. Tread lightly being careful where you step. Try to avoid walking where plywood seams are, not all are detectable. No parties on the roof and you will be fine!

I do not have the same model as you, but I have a 2016 315 BHK Vibe extreme lite and was told by a factory rep that Vibe extreme lite roofs are not considered walkable and that you must use a layer of thicker wood over the roof for access.
If you see what the roofs are made of( 3/16" thick sheets of plywood on 2 foot centers) you understand why.
