We used the same tiles in our Georgetown. We paid $100 per 12 pack at Home Depot. It took a little over one pack to do the kitchen and bedroom, replacing the old wallpaper strip. We have enough left to do the bathroom.

It was pretty easy to work with and the wife loves the look.
