Stabilization jacks

Hi everyone! I have a 2016 Vibe and I would like to know how much pressure am I suppose to place on the stabilization jacks? I was told that the pads are just suppose to touch the pad/wood on the ground. However, when I do this I still get a lot of side to side movement. The front to rear is stable just a lot of movement from side to side. How much weight can I put on the stabilizers. So can someone help this traveler rookie out. Please. [emoji1]

Not sure number wise, I go till I get a little lift probably 1/2 inch. Also don't extend them too far, use block to keep the angel under 90

I use same method a little lift then go inside and try to shake side to side if it moves a lot I just touch them up a little more
