U shaped dinette into bed trouble

I have a 2016 308bhs, the issue I'm discovering is about the dinette... I'm not sure how the cushions should go to make into a bed. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like the two back cushions go in the middle.

There is a gap in middle. Then when they are turned the other way the table top sticks out. And also the cushions are too thick.

For my Sabre, we just leave a little bit of table stick out.

Parallel to the window is correct so you don't have the gap. You're probably going to want to get an air mattress for the space anyway so you won't notice the difference in height/density (dinette cushions are a mattress only for people you really hate).

After some research I seen that. I called dealer yesterday and they are checking into it.

I have the same TT. I was one of the ones that was missing the cushion as well. If you call FR they will send you out a new one.

But I thought the gap that mine had was a little bigger than yours.

Though the cushions in mine fit perfectly for sleeping, I added a 2" memory foam topper. When deployed, I use a waterbed combo sheet that is made to the topper only. To stash, I leave the sheets on the topper, roll the topper, secure with a strap, and stash below the long dinette seat with the pillows and blanket. Less than 5 minute setup/teardown and comfortable. $.02

We struggled with our dinette bed for a whole summer before really figuring it out, even after reading the forums. In our Sonoma (Evo type) 220RBS it works this way, after putting the table into position:
1. Remove back cushion that is more square than rectangle. You won't use this at all!
2. Lay the left and right seat cushions down flat at each side.
3. Longest back cushions go in the middle, parallel to seat cushions in step #2.
4. Push all cushions toward the middle, leaving space at each side.
5. Stand short back cushions at each end, like a headboard and footboard. That takes care of the gap and nobody falls in a hole!

See attached photo.
FINALLY, we got a decent bed out of it! If you have figured yours out, maybe this will help someone else who is searching for help.
