Almost ordered this unit, Wife and I loved the layout but she liked the Heritage Glen 327RES kitchen layout better. (she is a camping chef!) So that was the unit we ended up ordering, they are basically identical floor plans.
I do think the V is a good idea, especially with cab clearance on a shorter bed truck without needing a slider.
Good luck with whatever you choose!

We have the V-Cross 325VRL, not the 315VRL. We bought it in August 2014. We just love it. We pull it with a Ford F250 diesel. It pulls really nice as these 5th wheels aren't too heavy for their size. We like that it is very unique looking as compared to all other brands of 5th wheels. The space in the camper is awesome and the use of space in the bedroom is really nice. We know a few others who have V-Cross's and they also love them.

If you have any other questions, let me know.
