Mine is 1/2 exposed in front/under the v I'll have to rig something in the spring because it's winterized and in storage for the winter. Good news bad news one month to Christmas and 2 1/2 weeks till I reserve the first camping sites at the Piney in Ontario

So in the market now for the Equal-I-Zer WD hitch. So far best value comes out of Canada, with exchange rate (since I can go pick it up) I'm looking at under $500. Have not found any issues as of yet, since we've only had it a week. Heat is awesome, that's for sure!

I ended up cutting off and raising the LP tank platform so I could put the WD brackets at the right distance back

The Titan pulls fine except going up hill it eats the gas big time. 7mpg Trading for a 2500HD on Monday.

Yes. The new XD is priced the same as the 2500HD with less payload and towing. It looks good on paper

If you don't have anything against a dually, you might want to consider one. It's a more stable platform and will experience far less sway during windy travel days. Also, it will keep you from needing to buy a bigger truck if you get a fiver in the future.

Dually would be a bit overkill for any of the Vibes. My dad had a 2002 F-350 dually and it beat the hell out of us when it wasn't loaded down.

The current generation F350/450s ride quite nice for a dually. My 2016 F450 actually rides nicer than my 2011 F250 did.
