I have the 2013 HD 2500 and it pulled my 5ver no problems. With the Vibe I am stable even without the anti sway hooked up.

Trailer is in storage so I can't get a pic any time soon. Was an easy process though. Use a grinder to cut off the propane tank tray, then cut off the piece of angle iron going straight from left to right and replace it with 2 piece of angle iron at a 45* angle forming a V with the point aiming towards the trailer. The forward mounting point for the Tips of the V will need to be forward of where the WD bracket will sit and they taper back into a single mounting point where the Tongue portion of the trailer meets the squared frame of the trailer. Added some shims under the LP tank tray before I bolted the tray onto the new V-Shaped angle iron brace underneath it so the WD bracket could then be slid under the tank tray

So out 272 has the battery behind the propane tanks. We have and equalizer hitch... the hitch brackets fits fine at a proper distance without have to cut or relocate anything.

on my 2015 272 the battery is in the front storage. I the Equalizer is not anything like the Reese dual Cam... there are chains on the Reese setup that you have to lock in with a bracket and pins. I'm going to pick up the Equalizer sometime in the next month. Had I sold the Reese by today, I'd have gone to Canada today...they are all over here for Black Friday. It's also not a holiday for them!

Hi Dave, I remove my front cover when I am hooking the w/d bars onto the "L" brackets... just easier and quicker in the long run. When removing them, I just crank the front dolly leg waaaay up, then pull the bars off by hand. So, only when putting them on.

I wonder what your set up looks like, because I do not have to take off the nose cover to hook up and unhook. The cover sits on top of the A fame.. The WD bars sit on the bracket hanging off the side of the A frame, an below the aframe. Why do you guys have to remove the cover to hook up?
