What are these?

there is a red and a blue line hanging down below the deck of the front of our trailer (vibe 6502). i took off a cap and water comes out. what are these for? thanks

They are "Low Point Drains" to drain the water out of the lines when winterizing.

If you mean the fresh water tank; then no.
Look for a "petcock" under the camper connected by a hose to the bottom of the fresh water tank.

Your water tank would have a seperate drain. Usually right near the tank itself.

Came stock with the plywood under the water tank. For the most part whoever built my 5th wheel did a pretty good job. While wires were run "helter skelter" they were at least loom'ed up with zip ties. Made trouble shooting some power problems a PITA, but they at least don't rub on anything.

My fresh water tank has a drain with a cap like the low point drains in your pic above. But it is separate as you said.
