This is important to remember when you heat the RV with electric heat as no heat goes into the underbelly.

I have a forest river 320 RS and the underbelly heater switches are located in the control panel one for the gray tank one for the black tank.

Again, those are not "underbelly heaters", but tank heaters as you stated yourself.
