Wire Harness

Has a year one else have the wiring harness under the slide out drop down on to the tires?

Yes, its not uncommon. The issue is that the cable support arm is a supposedly flexible strip of plastic. At the outside end of the slide, it is rigidly attached to a post by driving several self-tapping screws through it. That damages the material by creating stress points at the screws and then the flexing and sideways shear forces at those screws causes the plastic to tear. If the Flex Guard (brand name for the plastic part) is over the wheels, it falls down onto the wheels. Mine didn't (was behind the wheels) but I held it up with a bungee cord until I made a permanent fix.

Cable fix

Mine broke last year and I opted not to have it fixed under warranty as the dealer could only fix it with factory parts. It has held up just fine. Here is how I fixed it:
