Any RP-180 known issues to check during PDI

We're picking up our 2019 RP-180 10th Anniversary Edition on Friday. I have a good PDI checklist and my tools ready to go... My question is are there any RP-180 specific "gotchas" I need to look for?

Thanks,

Common to all FR Rpods
Go in with eyes wide open,
My R-Pod extra PDI inspection items to double check. It is based on my own experience, repeated post here and other forums.

___Seams properly screwed and caulked
___Insert trim properly installed and trimmed
___All Screws in hinges
___Switches all work
___Switch base plates straight and all wires safely and correctly installed
___Internal water line valves in proper positions for use
___All lights work
___Overhead bathroom vent functions properly
___Door and compartment locks properly installed and operation
___Thermostat operation
___Hot water heater, gas and electric proper operation
___Fridge, AC, DC and gas proper operation
___Slide out functions properly and emergency operation.
___Insure all panels on slide out are secure and properly attached
___Any signs of leaks or delamination
___ Deep Cycle Battery date, do not accept a starting battery
___Tires manufacture date and wheels properly torqued
___ Drain pipe security. Straps not broken or cracked and properly installed
___ A-frame coupler welds
___ Drawer slides for proper straight installation
___ Have them leak check outside compartment doors. Mine leak every time it rains. I keep folded up towels in the compartment to soak up the water until I take it in for warranty repairs.
___Take a close look at all water connections. Especially commode and under sink connections.
___Window seals for excessive shrinkage and separation.
___Wheel bearings for proper lubrication
___Condition of brake-away switch. They are subject to UV damage.

Today was one of easiest PDIs I ever done. Only two issue:

1. The bathroom door handle aligns perfectly with the bottom of the mirror in the entry closet. Open the bathroom door to far and you'll need an new closet mirror. Our dealer fixed this with a rubber door stop mounted to the top of the entry closet door mirror. Out of the way and a simple fix for a design flaw.

2. The power jack's plastic top was badly scarred and rubbed. It looks like a web strap was wrapped around it and rubbed it while on the delivery trailer. A new jack is on order.

Overall I was very impressed with how the PDI went... We've had several more PDI issues on Sunseeker motor homes costing five times as much as our RP-180. It looks like the R-Pod division is doing something right!

Now the challenge is to reduce the "stuff" that was in the Sunseeker in to what we actually need, and use, in our R-Pod... My wife is already asking if I really need three Mag-Lite flashlights!
