evo or r-pod

looking at the rpod 180 w/ dinette on the side, bath in the rear. or the evo 195rb
so which is better quality? rpods look really nice inside and out. evo has more room even w/out the slide but the interior quality is abit suspect. but its cheaper and there is a local dealer.
hood river or regular rpod?
what size generator to run a/c for 8 hours?
are solar panels worth it since they won't run a/c or microwave?
I have a 4runner v8, can haul 7k lbs, w/ brake controller and hitch. will be pulling over mt passes and steep grades so narrowed my search down to very light and easy to pull. I would love more room but don't want to stress while towing. I've hauled cows and trailers w/ the suv, it does great but they are not as long or wide as a TT.
Thanks!

Well, I have a customer that has rpod 178. Pulls well with their ridgeline prob cause of the curved shape. The "awning" is PITA. What they don't like is having to hunch down getting in and out of bed and where the table is. Personally I like my evo didn't feel like it had many issues even after 4 years. The evo will be a little tougher on your vehicle to pull due to flat front. Having local service available is a huge point- they have to pull their rpod 80 mikes one way for warranty service

Just my 2 cents

We have R Pod 180, we love it. I'm 6'2" I don't hunch to sit at table or getting out of bed.
