Usually you don't need any tools. Hand-tight on the fittings is enough. (You usually don't need a wrench to tighten the mechanical mounting on the faucet either.
Look at this picture:
Two big plastic nuts screw up the outsides of those threaded brass tubes to hold the faucet to the sink. Hand tight or maybe a
little help with a pliers. You shouldn't be able to move the faucet around on the sink.
Then two white plastic cap-nuts (already on the plumbing in the trailer) screw onto the ends of those same threaded tubes. Hand tight is good enough. Be sure to mark the tubes before you take them off the old faucet. Hot is on the left.
Take a good look at the bottom of the faucet you have--maybe take some cellphone pictures--and make sure the new one looks the same.
