Forest River tech support.

The high point of the past week of R-Pod ownership has been the excellent tech support by the ladies at Forest River. Top notch! They helped me get the right solar panel and helped with a lot of other questions. VERY knowledgeable!

I would like to call them with some questions too. How do I get in touch with them?

I have an rpod 179 2016 model. The door on the unit appears be internally damaged. The interior upper hinge area is wrinkled and the hinge makes noise when opening and closing. The damage was hidden by the screen door. Anyone have any suggestions on how to inspect and repair.

since the OP owns a R-pod and posted this in the R-pod sub-forum, i'm guessing they talked to someone from the R-pod division in Indiana, not the Wildcat Maxx division, which is in Oregon.

but i could be wrong.
you might want to contact Wildcat Steve, who's a member here and is a Wildcat Maxx rep.
