Thanks, the washer fixed the issue with the flame guard.

Thanks for the suggestion. You can't see the whole reservoir, but the white box to the left in my photos is a small cup where the fridge drain collects. The odd thing about it is that the overflow on the cup faces toward the inside of the trailer (rather than facing the outside - away from the fridge), when it overflows, water drips on the framing behind the fridge and could potentially cause water damage over time. It doesn't seem to be something I can flip around, but I could extend the drain hose and bypass the reservoir altogether. I'll probably do that.
