Hit a construction cone...need some parts

Did well over 100 miles of construction yesterday and 1 bridge had the cones well into the driving lane. Choice was the concrete wall or the cone, so took the cone.

It took out the lights on the wheel cover. The front light is completely gone with only a broken light base/wire attached. The back light is missing the red cover but still lights.

The light on the other side wheel cover in front doesn't light, I assume this is because the circuit is missing from the other side being completely gone?

Finally the aluminum wheel cover is bent to within an inch of the tire...tried to bend it back by hand but so far no success.
