Modified Canopy/Awning for RP178

We purchased an RP178 a couple of months ago. We didn't purchase the rdome because it just looked too difficult to put up and take down. Anyone out there in RPod nation have any ideas or suggestions for an alternative awning/canopy that would work with the existing slide tracks on the side of our unit?

We used the R-Dome & loved it. We could set it up in about 10-15 minutes. I'm sure you"ll find verying opinions here, but we loved ours.

First time took about 1/2 hour, after that 15 minutes.

Many owners have hobbled things together over they years, you can buy awnings from places that make custom awnings you just need your rail size. And there are other companies that make products specifically to fit the R-Pod line of trailers.
