R-pod body width

Hi, I've been considering investing in an RPOD as they seemed fairly ideal for my wife and I in terms of floor plan. Also, I found it cute to see the wheels extenal to the body.
However, have just noticed that the actual bed is 74" i.e. internal width of the van, this is my height, hence I'm thinking its not a good idea for me. Other vans are 80" wide internally, hence am now thinking the cute external wheels is a disadvantage to internal width and bad news for tall guys.
Am I right ?

Realize this is an old thread... But yes, it could be troublesome. My wife is 6' and touches wall to wall when sleeping.... Which is one of the reasons we're upgrading this spring to a standard width TT.

I had a rpod on loan while my Mini lite was at the factory for repairs. I measure 6 feet and I could touch both walls with my head and toes. This trailer is very narrow and pause a problem with tall persons. On the other side it looks very cute and pulls like a charm. No need to use equalizer bar because the tonge is very light and the frame of the pod is not made to accept an equalizer system.
