Rear window leaking on 179

My rear window is leaking on my 179. Has anyone had this problem. My 179 is out of warranty by two months. It doesn't look like its leaking around the frame, it looks like its leaking on the bottom of the window where the glass sets in the rubber. Any ideas? Would having a glass company run some of that black windshield calk between the glass and the rubber seal work?

Yes they are clear. I had several screws around the window frame that were loose from vibration I guess. I tightened all the window screws and water tested for leaks. I am getting water leaking from the top of the window frame.
