What differences if any between the 2019 and 2020 models?
Welcome to the forum. Paint and decals are pretty much the only differences. The 2019 was the 10th Anniversary and had special decals and an Anniversary option pack. For 2020 all of the options are still available but you won't get the 10th Anniversary decals.

In case anyone stumbles upon this post,I thought I would give some more insight. It looks like the op already bought one so it won't be helping him. The 2019 blue (non 10th anniversary) vs 2019 10th anniversary/ 2020 have the following differences. It has a powered awning vs manual crank, solar connections on the roof and prewiring vs gopower side port, more organized interior switches, and different kitchen sink and faucet.
Also, the 2020.5 has an upgraded two-burner stove in the kitchen, the built-in vacuum system, a shelf over the bed, panoramic window in the front, 12 volt 28" television, and an optional outdoor kitchen.
