Tolet Clog RP 181g 2011

Any good solutions for a black tank that's not draining?
Never had this problem before, but this is also the first time that we've been in it this long.
Normally our trips are 2-4 days. This trip has been 14 days and won't be done for another 6-7.
DH said it's not in the pipe that goes from the toilet down around 20 in. because he stuck his whole arm in there. (eew)
He says the black tank must be completely full and isn't draining at all.
I've seen on other forums that a big clog might occur near the drain pipe. Any idea on how to get rid of it?
Plunger - not working, Hot boiling water - not working, snake - not working.
Any suggestions welcome - please help?
