Have you checked your battery disconnect?

Not familiar with your unit. Does it have a residential fridge? Sometimes the inverters only power the fridge.

The battery disconnect has nothing to do with the generator. It only disconnects the battery from the converter and other 12VDC items. Also, there should be a resettable fuse between the battery and the breaker/fuse panel in your trailer.

This link will help you understand many of the items in your RV. New to RV's helpful hints

If everything works with the genny, then the converter is good.

The power panel is right under the fridge and the converter should be behind the faceplate covering the power panel. If it's not, then it's likely behind a panel in the front passthru.

Ok little more information needed. Are you connected to shore power? If yes do you have an automatic transfer switch or do you need to move the shore power plug from the generator to shore power. Most likely your fridge and one or two outlets run off the inverter. The remainder of the outlets are usually only live when connected to shore power or generator.
