Just purchased our first home (On wheels that is)

Being a young married couple we have been contemplating buying a trailer for almost 6 months and after looking at the rv show, numerous dealerships and months of research we finally decided to pull the plug on a 2018 sandstorm 283GSLR. We were originally looking at a 25 foot stealth but we weren’t able to get approved. Luckily my coworker hooked us up with his friend who owned a small town dealer and he was able to get us financed for a bigger and better one! So we decided to pull the plug on a 2018 sandstorm 283GSLR. We have been in out of so many rental homes in the past 2 years and it seems we were always moving around. We didn’t like renting because we felt like we were always stepping on the toes of the other tenants or landlords and it never really felt like we had our own place to call home. We did the math and figured we could save money full timing in a trailer and at the same time build equity and credit as well as being able to pick up and move if we felt like it. So far we are loving our trailer and everything’s working great with only a few minor issues. We are pretty excited for our new adventure in our trailer and hope we can get to know everyone and learn a few tips and tricks from the wise! I’ll probably be on here quite a bit for the first few months asking a lot of stupid questions so bear with me I’m just a newbie who is a bit mechanically inclined and I find more satisfaction in learning how to fix stuff myself rather then go to the dealer. Here’s a couple pics of our toyhauler. Enjoy!Click image for larger version

Welcome from Wisconsin and congrats on your 2018 Sandstorm 283GSLR. No such thing as a stupid question. There are 2 ways to learn, ask a question or don't and make mi$take. Lots of friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people here so ask away .
