New 2013 sandstorm

New 1st time RV owners. Purchased new 2013 Sandstorm toy hauler, 240 SLC. Dealer walked us through everything on trailer but has been a month ago so I have a couple of questions. 1st, 110 power works great off hook up but have no 110 when generator runs, is there some switch? 2nd, below the return air grill there is a switch just above the floor, can't figure out exactly what it does. We are taking our first trip this coming weekend to a camp ground with full hookups and close to a small town. First couple of trips will be similar till we kinda get things figured out. Can't wait!

Do you have the Onan gen. If you do I think I do recall there being a switch behind the gen panel where you check the oil. Take a look I could be wrong. I have never had this problem. And by the way welcome to the forum and you to sand storm crew. I have a 203 slc absolutely love it.

I am not sure what's up with your generator. You might want to take it in for service. However, the switch that you are referring to is for tank heaters. It is to prevent freezing of your water tanks. I really wish Forest River would label them.
