Switches by front door- 2017 27ft shockwave toyhauler

Went to pick my new toyhauler today and in going through the orientation the guy couldn't figure it out what the single switch was for. I'm at the dealer, they sell these all the time and no one could figure it out. 7 other workers came out and none of them knew what the single switch was for.
Didn't take it today because if the switch is not working or whatever it's for is not working - I'll never know.
Stay tune

Switches by front door- 2017 27ft shockwave toyhauler

Last night around 530 received a call from Mike Thompson-
The switch is for the bunk bed light in the back. Light burned out or switch bad - that's why we couldn't figure it out.

How can you say the factory gives it an inspection, then when Mike Thompson gets it - they inspect and give it there touches and prepping and make sure everything works. Then at least 10 sales and maintenance guys have no clue what a switch is for.
The manual doesn't list it either and there not labeled.

We should be picking up this afternoon.
Heck they should be delivering to US.

Why they couldn't figure it out is just plan BAD BUSINESS.

Glad you got it figured out. I went ahead and made labels for all the switches. Like it should have been from the factory.

Sounds a lot like ours too. The single one on ours is all the lights in the main room but don't forget that teach ceiling light has it's own on off switch so for the switch at the door to control them, THEY HAVE TO BE ON FIRST

MAYBE just maybe the Dealer Name has something to do with it. Between the high pressure sales clowns and the higher pressure (and I thought Arrogant) Closer ASS they sent to work on us when we were not buying from the sales guy THEY HAD NO TIME TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCT FEATURES AND neither could answer half he questions we asked. Needless to say we did not buy there.
