1st trip of the season

Had a wonderful 1st trip of the season. No TV, No internet & didn't even turn the radio during the whole 48 hours we were out. We did take two DVD's to play & the Concertone worked perfectly! Just the two of us still enjoying spending time together since 1954. We found a nice sized city park in Beloit, KS (30 miles away) that has good electric & water with a dump station. The price is even right - FREE - they do have a donation box. We are cheap put $15.00 dollars in for the two nights we was there.

Found out that we had forgot to stock a few items but nothing we couldn't live without.

Everett & Joan after 60 years together. 2004 1/2 ton Chevy & 2011 Rockwood 1809S

Number of nights camped in 2012 65
Number of nights camped in 2013 82
Number of nights camped in 2014 105!
Number of nights camped in 2015 81

Sweet! Sounds like a nice first excursion of the season. Cheap? No. Many of the places we've stayed over the years offerred less of an experience for considerably more money.

Wow I wish more places would offer a deal like that lol, but seriously, glad you had a good trip for the first of the season. We just got ours home and started loading it back up, just itching to head out and unwind.
