2 separate grey tanks hookup

Wasn't sure where to post this, so I put it here. We just purchased a 2015 Rockwood Emerald 2904SS which has a separate galley and a bath grey tank. The main sewer valve is in front of the axles and the galley valve is about 10 feet away from the main valve and behind the axles.
My question is what is the best way to handle dumping for;

1. Full hookup - use a "Y" and carry 3 hoses? If so, how to maintain maintaining an elevation slope for all 3 hoses ? Or is there a better solution?

2. Emptying at a dump station - use one hose and move from tank to tank while the guy behind you has a conniption fit ?

I'm very used to one dump valve and after only 2 outings the second tank semms to be a pain in the butt! Any suggestions?

We do number 1 if staying for a week or more, but typically I just leave the house on the connection for the shower and move it to the other connection if needed.

You could replumb the two gray and the black together to one outlet.

Four inch vinyl rain gutter makes a good hose support if you do not wish to mess with the drain pipe.

you won't fill the kitchen grey tank as fast as bath. Just hook to it and drain at end of trip or when necessary.

Had a similar setup on my last 5th wheel. Used 3 hoses, 2 twist on shut off valves and a Y connection. When connected to sewer, just leave the galley tank valves open all the time. Dump the shower gray after the black tank is done to flush out the hose.

No need to modify...I have 2 gray tanks..I actually love it...great for short stays..for full hook up all you need is an extra piece of hose..a female to female converter for your hose..replace galley cap with one that has a hose connection..connect hose to elbow that goes into sewer

I use a garden hose (modified) to drain the galley tank. A "Y" to join the two black tanks and a short hose to connect the "Y" to the sewer drain connection. If you concerned about the elevation, I have used modified sections of gutter drains supported by blocks of wood.

With the galley tank valve left open, do you get any sewer smell inside the rv? Do you have problems with sewer water getting in the water hose when draining sewer line ?

I do not have inside smells. Seams the P-trap work good in the galley. The garden hose connection is open all the time (same as the shower drain). I would close the galley cutout valve while dumping the black tanks (I have two of them) if your concerned. One last thought, I full time up to 2-3 months in the same CG. If you paper towel your dishes prior to washing them you may not have to disconnect the garden hose and clear it (back flush). I do now.

I will make sure I use a 3/4 inch I.D. hose. We already do not dump any grease or large food particles down the sink. Thanks for the heads up though.
