2000 34 CKTS - hidden safe?

Hi All,

Let me introduce myself... We traded a '07 Keystone fifth wheel for an '00 Cedar Creek CKTS. My wife and I negotiated 5 new 16" tires, a washer/dryer combination unit and a 3 yr extended warranty along with our trade.

Could not be happier with it. Pulled it cross country to CA and it behaved very well

Does this unit have a hidden floor safe? If so, where? The marketing brochure says it does, however I have not been able to find it and the original dealer (now 3000 mi away) did not have clue.

Thanks!
Steve

Sounds like a very good Hidden safe LOL. Sorry, I could not help myself, and I don't have the answer, but it was there, and had to go there.

Good luck in finding it.

in our brochure for our 06 it was shown as a "portable HIDDEN safe" and you "HIDE" it somewheres in the coach, ours was "HIDDEN" under the bed, then moved to the front closet,
now its "HIDDEN" in the big house.

Interesting... maybe someone borrowed our hidden safe and hid it somewhere else? Thank you for the reply.

I remember seeing a photo on another forum of the hidden safe and IIRC it was in the floor under the bed. Not sure that helps but it's all I remember.

We have the table and chairs in the kitchen. There are "secret storage compartments" in the seats that not every one knows about. While it's not a safe, it is somewhere a thief in a hurry might not look.

Anyway, I thought they were kind of cool.
