2005 Forest River Salem 401-2B

Hello,

Looking at a first time purchase of the above model. Includes 2-3 slide outs, 2baths, 2ceiling fans, 3 t.v.'s, surround sound, queen bed+ bunks on the other side, kitchen w/ full side fridge, and standard couch, along w/ dining area next to it.
The current owner is asking $19,000 for it, so I wanted to get some opinions from others for this model if it is a good deal or not. I did some research on the NADA site, but noticed it gives a pretty broad range. Are there any other sources I can use as info. to lower the selling price? Any comments or opinions are welcome as I for sure don't want to get ripped off, haha. Thanks for you help!!

I guess it really depends on it's condition. A well maintained trailer really makes a difference. I like NADA guides, and really haven't used any others. Hopefully, someone will come along here with some real info. Until then, Welcome!
