2006 Ford E450 Chassis - Headlight removal help

I am going to replace the stock 2006 Ford E450 headlight lenses on our 2007 Forest River Lexington 283GTS Motorhome. They are fogged on the inside and I already have new replacements. I would appreciate any tips as to how to get the old ones out and the new ones in. Thanks

Service manual

Have you been to the Ford Fleet Maintenance web page?
I found a lot of information on the 2006 E-450 chassis in my Sunseeker there.
https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenan...les/Getymm.asp
Look at the Service Publications menu on the left.
Hope this helps some.
